Hamilton 992 from 1925 with a Ferguson Dial

Hamilton Watch Co. was in operation from 1892-1969 and manufactured some of the highest end, most accurate watches ever produced. Manufacturing of Hamilton watches took place at their facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

This Hamilton pocket watch was manufactured in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and was finished in 1925. It is powered by the 992 grade movement, which is a 21 jewel Hamilton in-house movement that is railroad chronometer grade. The movement has been restored and custom refinished with deep blue accents, and the movement screws have been finished in blue as well. The accents were created through thermally treating each movement part by hand to color the iron based components. The hands of the watch have been restored using the same thermal treatment process. The Ferguson Hamilton dial is in great condition, features Arabic numerals, and has blue, black, and red coloring.
