Hamilton Watch Co. was in operation from 1892-1969 and manufactured some of the highest end, most accurate watches ever produced. Manufacturing of Hamilton watches took place at their facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
This Hamilton timepiece, crafted in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in 1935, is powered by the 912 grade—a 17-jewel in-house movement produced from 1923 to 1937. Every movement component has been meticulously refinished, featuring elegant blue accents on the screws and hardware, achieved through precise hand-thermal treatment using traditional watchmaking techniques. The watch hands were also restored using this same process, returning them to their original flawless heat-blued hue. The jewel settings, gear train, balance, and balance weights were each individually hand-polished to restore their original golden luster and sheen. The Hamilton dial features a stunning gilt finish with bold numerals and is in near-flawless condition. The heat-blued hands provide striking contrast against the gilt dial, offering a visual delight every time the time is checked.
The timepiece is housed in a new 316L stainless steel wristwatch conversion case, designed with adjustable lugs for easy winding and setting, ensuring a comfortable fit across various wrist sizes. The case is equipped with front, back, and crown gaskets, providing water resistance up to 50 meters, although we recommend removing the watch before water activities. The watch is fully serviced and ready for your upcoming adventures.
