American Waltham Watch Co. was in operation from 1852-1957 and was an American pocket watch manufacturer. Manufacturing of Waltham watches took place at their facility in Waltham, Massachusetts.

The metal Waltham dial is in incredible condition, showcasing an elegant guilloché motif at the center. Its outer ring features bold five-minute markers for quick reference, while the numerals remain crisp and highly legible. Well-proportioned and balanced, the dial reflects the refined design language of its era and sets the stage for the equally impressive movement beneath. Inside, this timepiece houses Waltham’s Grade 220 movement—a 15-jewel, in-house caliber produced between 1896 and 1931. Crafted in Waltham, Massachusetts and completed in 1927, the movement has been fully restored and refinished, with blue accents on the screws and hardware achieved through precise, hand-applied thermal coloring (read more here). Each jewel setting, gear train component, balance, and balance weight was individually hand-polished to bring back its original golden luster, resulting in a movement that performs as beautifully as it looks.

Completing the package is our surgical-grade 316L stainless steel conversion case, designed with adjustable lugs for easy winding and setting while ensuring a comfortable fit across various wrist sizes. The case includes front, back, and crown gaskets, providing water resistance up to 50 meters—although we recommend removing the watch before engaging in water activities. Fully serviced and expertly restored, this timepiece is ready to be worn and enjoyed for decades to come.
