American Waltham Watch Co. was in operation from 1852-1957 and was an American pocket watch manufacturer. Manufacturing of Waltham watches took place at their facility in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Crafted in Waltham, Massachusetts, and completed in 1930, this Waltham timepiece is driven by the grade No 1235 movement—a 17-jewel Waltham in-house movement produced from 1924 to 1934. The movement has been restored and refinished by incorporating blue accents on the screws and movement hardware. These accents were achieved through hand-thermal treatment of each movement part and the hands of the watch have also been restored using the same thermal treatment process (read more here). The original Waltham dial, made of metal, has beautiful golden indices and features a secometer complication. With a secometer, the passage of seconds is displayed by the rotation of a disc with second indices. The watch ticks five times per second giving the secometer disc a smooth movement that is captivating to watch in person.

The timepiece is housed in our 316L stainless steel conversion case, designed with adjustable lugs for easy winding and setting, ensuring a comfortable fit across various wrist sizes. The case is equipped with front, back, and crown gaskets, providing water resistance up to 50 meters, although we recommend removing the watch before water activities. The watch is fully serviced and ready for your upcoming adventures.
